Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is Looking for Radio DJ Talent (Female/Male)!

Do you have a passion for dance music and a a sense for entertainment? Are you ready to be heard on the air everywhere on the only island that is synonymous with dance music, also while sharing your voice and energy with a global audience? Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is looking for charismatic radio DJs to bring fresh energy to our station as we aim to become the #1 commercial dance station on Ibiza!

Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is an internationally-oriented radio station broadcasting on DAB+ on Ibiza from January 1^st 2025, playing the hottest dance, electronic, and house music from around the world. There’s already a lot of great club music being broadcast on the island, and our station is different because we keep it crisp and commercial – perfect for listening to anywhere, with anyone.
We’re building a team of passionate DJs to keep the beats flowing and the vibes high as we bring Ibiza’s legendary music scene to listeners everywhere. We already have a great stable of A-list names like Afrojack, Purple Disco Machine, Duke Dumont, Oliver Heldens (and lots more) with mixshows broadcast weekly, so you’ll be in good company.

Hot Dance Radio Ibiza is part of the Hot Dance Radio family, which includes Hot Dance Radio Nonstop (online only) and Hot Dance Radio NL (broadcasting on DAB+ in North Holland and online). The team has decades of experience from multiple commercial, public and pirate radio stations in the Netherlands and US and is really keen to do something awesome on the white island.

What You’ll Do:

• Host live or pre-recorded radio shows, bringing your personality and style to our audience. The main language of the station is English. While native speakers will obviously have a bit of an edge, we’re totally up for a charismatic and confident voice with a charming accent.
• Introduce top dance tracks, new music, and exclusive hits
• Develop your show (together with the team) based on your inspirations and ideas. A great place for your creativity to express itself regularly.
• Engage listeners with shoutouts, contests, and interactive (social media) content
• Collaborate with our team to curate show themes and special segments
• Participate in monthly virtual team meetings to share ideas and contribute to our growing station
• Extra points if you are able to do audio production (produce liners, jingles, etc.), high-quality remixes or other unique content.
